Please note that our customer service operates from 9am to 12am everyday. If you have enquiries to make but out of the time bound, you can simply just drop the questions there. We will reply you as soon as possible.

You can message our customer service on the website itself by tapping on the Facebook Messenger Chat Bubble on the bottom right of your screen.
  • Instagram Direct Message (DM)
You can access our Instagram DM through our Instagram page. Click here to visit Instagram page. Once you are at our Instagram Page, tap on the "Message" button as shown in the picture below.

What is multiple shipping?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
