How can I contact customer service?
Please note that our customer service operates from 9am to 12am everyday. If you have enquiries to make but out of the time bound, you can simply just drop the questions there. We will reply you as soon as possible.

What is multiple shipping?
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
